I accidentally ordered the wrong fitting size, which was totally on me, so I had to start a return. The return page was easy to figure out, and I was actually surprised by how quickly they got back to me.
They approved the return without making it a big deal, and my refund came through a few days after they received the package. From my experience, the whole thing was way smoother than I expected...

I had a really great experience with modmymods.com. I had a couple of questions before placing my order, and they got back to me quickly, which made me feel a lot more confident about buying from them.

Everything felt professional but still easygoing. The answers they gave were clear and helpful, and I never felt like I was being rushed or left wondering what was happening.

The whole order went smoothly from start to finish, and I’m genuinely happy with how it all turned out. I’d definitely use them again.

I ordered a couple of parts because the website showed them as being in stock. I was trying to get the job done that weekend, so I placed the order and figured I was all set. A few days later, I got an email saying one of the parts was actually backordered, with no clear date for when it would ship. I ended up canceling the order and buying the part somewhere else. Frustrating and just a waste of time. I wish they kept their inventory updated better before letting people place orders.

One of my items was missing, which stressed me out a bit because I felt pressured to get it resolved quickly. Thankfully, they handled it fast and got things fixed without too much hassle

Checked around a bit and the prices seemed fair. Not always the absolute cheapest, but still reasonable, and shipping wasn’t crazy either. Would probably order from modmymods again.

The box showed up looking really neat, and nothing was bent or beat up at all. That’s always a good sign, right?

My order from ModMyMods showed up with one of the parts damaged. To be fair, support did respond and they eventually sent a replacement, but it took more back-and-forth and waiting than I expected. I guess I felt a little misled because I thought it would be a quicker fix, especially since I needed the part to finish my build. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just frustrating and slower than it should’ve been.

They did get back to me and they were polite, but it took a bit longer than I was hoping. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just frustrating when I needed a quick answer. Overall it was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement

The prices were decent overall, and I did feel like I got fair value for what I ordered. I was expecting the total to be a little better though, especially once shipping was added in. The shipping cost felt a bit high compared to what I had in mind, so that was the main downside for me.

I’d feel comfortable ordering again.

My order showed up, so that part was all good!! I’ll be honest though, it took me a little while to feel fully comfortable and trust the whole process!!! Overall it seems okay, just had some hesitation at the start!!

I had a rough time trying to deal with my warranty claim. There was something about it that just felt way more complicated than it needed to be. Support took too long to get back to me, and even after waiting, I still felt stuck and unsure what to do next. i’m not happy with the experience

I was hoping there’d be more ways to customize things, but... the options felt limited. It just didn’t give me much room to make it feel like my own.
